The Hub’s COVID-19 Guidelines
The guidelines outlined in this document reflect the current recommendations from the state of Vermont and the CDC. It is the Bradford Teen Center's top priority to keep all youth that visit The Hub safe. To ensure the well-being of everyone at The Hub, the following guidelines are in place:
Every staff member working in The Hub must review state guidelines and complete the mandatory COVID-19 training through VOSHA.
All staff members and youth attending The Hub will be required to wear cloth face masks.
Before entering The Hub, all youth will go through a health screening conducted by a staff member.
Anyone entering The Hub must wash their hands with hot water and soap for 20 seconds.
Youth that show symptoms will be sent home, and will not be able to return to The Hub for 10 days.
If a youth has a temperature of 100.4 or higher, they will be sent home and cannot return to The Hub until they are fever free for 72 hours without the use of medication.
No more than 10 youth will be allowed in The Hub at a time.
To the best of their ability, all youth and staff should maintain a distance of 6 feet apart from others.
If a staff member or youth has a confirmed case of COVID-19, The Hub will close down for 14 days.
At the end of each day, all common areas and surfaces will be disinfected.
Any item used by an individual will be disinfected when that individual is done using the item. Once disinfected, equipment cannot be used for 30 minutes.
Any youth intentionally not following the guidelines will be asked to leave the center.
